All our food is where possible sourced locally & cooked to order on the premises.
Some of our local suppliers include Wilsons Butcher, a small family run business in the village in Egremont, it has been there for as long as I remember & supplies us with the best Cumberland sausage I have ever tasted. Our fish comes from a local supplier based in Ravenglass, Ravenglass Fish & Game. We use local cheese from Murt Farm, just down the road & our big supplier, Caterite, based in Embleton near Keswick.
